7. PRODUCT RETURNS

You have the right to return to us the jewelry-products you bought inside 15 days from the date of receipt, together with their packaging and the accompanying documents, such as proof of purchase, warranty, etc.

You also have the ability to change the product inside 15 working days from receipt with any other jewelry of your choice of equivalent value to the first or higher.

In the above case of return and change of products, wedding rings are excluded.

The returned products should be in their packaging in the condition delivered to you, having been worn only for rehearsal and not for use. They should also be well packaged so as not to be damaged during transport and for your best service.

In any case, you will be charged with the shipping and return costs of the replaced product.
